Showed up today in a great mood and the woman at the door greeting people and handing out tickets is EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate. I have a SEALED document with me that I needed as proof of who I was and she yelled at me when I said I only wanted to show it to the person helping with my new ID. I will NEVER come back to this dmv and this was my first time here. I'm pissed. 
People working in government offices need to have a little more compassion and respect

I would give 0 star to this place! 

The first time I visited this place for change address because online address change didn't work. I spent hours in queue and what it turns out was a woman with a terribly horrible attitude: "don't you know you can change address online?!" and try to kick me out this licensing place. 

What's more, it turns me down again and hulimiate me this time!!! I need to go an actual licensing place to renew my plate since I'm under 24. (the DMV official website shows people under 24 has to go to licensing place to renew from this year) And what official website provide, this place is one of the place that certified. I spent hours again waited in line, and what happened next was I told a staff that I want to renew my plate and he seems don't understand what I was talking about, so I repeated. He took my number and tear apart in my face... What the heck was that??!!

Please, please shut this place down! This place is a disaster!!!!!

I wouldn't even give this place one star.  Standing room only.  200 people ahead of me on a Saturday morning.  That is a three hour 20 minute wait if one person is served every minute.  Been here before and it was overcrowed. How is anyone who works weekdays supposed to get their license renewed if it can't be done by mail?  This place has a serious management problem.

The long wait should no be the reason to downgrade these people.
