Never been so disappointed  with west valley collision service. I have had 3 cars taken into their repair shop because I used to trust and value their worked until recently . Bill and his technicians were supposed to fix the car door not only once but twice because they didn't do it right the first time . When they supposedly fixed it when we got home we had to take the door panel off because they didn't connect the wire that controls the door latch and I connected everything together. Not only that but they got frustrated when I came in to finally complain about the mistakes they had made. Don't recommend him honestly.

They did an amazing job helping us after our car bumper took a hit from a load that fell off a truck in front of us!

They had some trouble matching our car color and took an extra night to repaint. They set us up with a rental and a gift card for the inconvenience. 

Awesome to have a team like this in the neighborhood! Couldn't be happier with their quality or work ethic!

West Valley Collision has been my go to for vehicle repairs for 20 years, and they have NEVER failed me. They are the very BEST of the BEST!!! Their work is impeccable, and service is outstanding! I received daily texts with updates about my repair, they are precise, prompt, and my car looks flawless! Bryan, Callie, and the crew have always treated me like family. I refuse to go anywhere else, y'all are AMAZING!!! THANK YOU for always taking such great care of me, and my cars!!!

Did an awesome job painting my car! Had a ton of rust bubbles on my roof, a little oxidizing on my trunk and roof rails, and cracked paint on my bumper from getting a little too close to a wall backing up. They blended the new paint with what they didn't paint and you can't even tell! Very satisfied!

These guys and gals are very professional and they take a personal approach to ensuring your vehicle is repaired correctly.  I picked my car up yesterday and looks better then when I purchased it.  I would highly recommend this place to anyone
