WORST UHAUL DEALER EVER!!!!!! Was in my rental contract to drop my rental trailer here. Lady (?) refused it. Came out to call Uhaul. On hold, hold, transfer, transfer, transfer. Was told by this "dealer" I wasn't allowed to park on their property while I was on phone with Uhaul. Then while STILL ON HOLD with Uhaul, I was told by dealer to leave or they will call police. Really????? Sitting in my car, on phone, trying to drop this trailer that Uhaul owns, not the "dealer". Signage at this dealer is rude. You are not allowed to park car while doing a local move or any other reason. IF I ever rent again from Uhaul, it will never be through or with a dealer. I am also going to move my storage to another company. Uhaul corp was little help. As much as I rent from Uhaul, you would think it would be uniformly decent. Nope. Not at all. Stay away from this dealer!!! Still waiting for my closed contract to be emailed. Good thing I took massive amount of pictures of trailer when I dropped it, so "dealer" could not blame for "damage" or a "dirty" trailer interior. Shame on this "neighborhood dealer". He told me I coulnd't leave a negative review on him either. Really?? Geeze.......

This place is so wonderful. They're trustworthy and honest. They do great work and are very knowledgeable. I have sent friends and family to them and they never let me down. It's peace of mind for me just to know that they are there and that they operate with integrity, not just knowledge.

I don't typically post reviews, but I wanted to share my recent experience with West Valley RV & Marine: I recently bought a new motor home in California and after taking it to the mountains, my wife left on a solo trip to Phoenix. Unfortunately, the filter system canister cracked in the freezing cold of the mountains, rendering the water system. I ordered a replacement to send to the house but my wife was in already in Phoenix. Enter Monte Robbins, the owner of West Valley RV, to save the day. Monte took my call and I explained my situation to him. Monte immediately agreed to help me track down a replacement canister for me through his parts system so my wife could have it installed. We are talking about just a $30 piece of plastic here (not going to be a lot of profit there for Monte) and Monte dropped what he had on his plate to help. I probably spent a full hour of this man's time trying to identify the right piece, knowing full well he wasn't going to make but a couple bucks on this transaction. Long story short, I wound up drop shipping the canister at my house in California to Monte so he could give it to my wife to get the system running again. My wife winds up getting there a little late, causing Monte to stay a bit longer than he liked because he had to get to his granddaughter's birthday party. He promised he would stay for her and he did, I was both grateful and amazed. Here is the end of the story; after spending considerable time helping, acting as a middleman and waiting for my wife, he wouldn't take a penny for his help. Not a dime and he insisted on it. When was the last time that happened? Monte thank you very much for your help. This type of generosity and care is hard to find, if you need help with your RV, Monte is the man to see. John O

Great service. Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Taken several of our vehicles there from an older 1980's car to a 1-ton pickup and a toy hauler.
