I had leased a GMC Yukon 3 years ago through Yates and just had the opportunity to purchase the residual amount and keep it. Kelley Raio helped me with the process, and it was truly the easiest and painless car buying experience I've ever had. I would give them 6 stars for this transaction if I could. Very happy.

This dealership deserves a 0 star. I went to the dealership in summer 2017 and had my worst experience, the sales person was rude, unwilling to help, not interested to even talk about the car (Kelley) and then later on as part of my car buying research asked them for a quote and their best offer was the highest offer among all the dealerships. Do not waste your time with them. There are many other good GMC/Buick dealers. they can rate themselves online as 5 stars but a real 5 star place will never have bunch of 1 stars!

I had found a 2017 GMC Terrain on their site that was exactly what I had been searching for which seemed like an eternity.  We contacted Tony in Fleet sales and from onset he was absolutely fabulous in working with us, being we lived 4 hours from the dealership.  We have never had such a fabulous car buying experience.  Without a doubt we passed on our five star buying experience to our friends and family. You can't go wrong with Yates.
