Tyler and the whole group at Avondale Mazda made the car buying experience less stressful 
 I'm used to. I let them know what I was looking for, and what I wasn't, along with my price range and everyone from sales to finance bent over backwards to make it happen.

I've been doing business with this dealership for years and this is the 4th vehicle I've purchased from them. Not every experience has been easy but when things go askew they have always tried to make it right. This visit was exceptional though, and they will likely be getting my business again in the future. If you're looking to buy a vehicle from a group that wants to make sure you drive off happy, do yourself a favor and check out Tyler and the rest of the group at Avondale Mazda.

I have been buying cars now for over 45 years. Never in my life have I bought a car with such a transparent process. There was no "back and forth" no time wasted, just up front pricing, and transparency that would leave any buyer feeling secure of their choice to do business with Avondale Mazda. I asked for the Finance Director upon entering the dealership. I did this, because I knew I was going to be financing the vehicle. The salesman Andrew, introduced me to Jesse, the Finance Director. Within 15 minutes of meeting Mr. Hill, I had agreed on a price BELOW what any other Mazda dealer in the state was willing to offer me. I felt ashamed that I had not contracted Avondale Mazda to begin with! Start to finish I was in and out of the dealership in less than 1 HOUR!! This included the time necessary to go over the vehicle "protection" options, and sign the contracts! Like I said 45 years I have NEVER been in and out of a dealership in less than 1 hour. If you are in the market for Mazda, I would recommend that you contact Jesse Hill and Andrew Arbizu at Avondale Mazda!!!! KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!!

I Bought an SUV here and got a VERY competitive deal on it. Jesse, the finance manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot attest to his professionalism enough - the man knows what a buyer wants, and he simply does not quit until those needs are met. I would recommend ANYONE to buy a vehicle here just based on my experience with Jesse. 

Didn't have the greatest experience with the salseman, but even that, Jesse took care of.  If you're in the market for a new/used vehicle, not even a Mazda - ANY vehicle, you owe it to yourself to go sit down with Jesse. Ask for him by name and I have no doubt he will make time to talk with you. Not once did I feel pushed, overwhelmed or uncertain. Jesse explained every step of every form, warranty, agreement etc. and yes, maybe even 2 or 3 times for someone with my level of comprehension! He even got me an interest rate better than what was agreed upon, lowering the payment I was ALREADY comfortable with.

Bottom line is, Avondale Mazda is where you need to go for your next vehicle. Ask for Jesse and prepare to have the greatest car buying experience you could possibly ask for.

Cisco was very personable and professional without the hard sales.  If there was something he wasn't sure of (which wasn't much), he took the time to make sure our questions were addressed.  He made us feel that our satisfaction was important and let us make the decision to buy the right car for us.  While new to this dealership, he is not new to the auto industry and was well informed.  He was friendly, helpful and patient.  Thank you Cisco - I would recommend you to anyone looking for  a good experience in buying a car. And we love our new car!

When I first bought my certified pre-owned 2014 Mazda3 I assumed I would be tricked into paying a lot more than I should considering all of the negative things I hear about dealerships in general. Luckily for me, my sales representative was very kind and "real" with me so to speak. I was able to find a car that matched my budget and I wasn't pressured to raise my budget at all. As a college student, I appreciated this a lot because there is only so much I can actually afford. I was even able to drive it down to my mother's work to get her opinion on it before I bought. I was in and out in about 6 hours with all finances handled in a professional and easy-going environment. The service though, is where I would really like to highlight the reasoning for my 5-star rating. My Mazda has had a few unfortunate repairs that needed to be done (AC compressor failed, window button broke etc...) and Kyle helped me a lot. In my 4-5 visits to the service department for various repairs, I was always greeted kindly and given a reasonable time for repairs. I wasn't pushed into paying for nay of it out of my own pocket (car only has 19,000 miles) and they have always honored my warranty fully. It relieving to have people that actually care about me and my car and getting me back on the road in a timely manner. Kyle has always given me updates on the status of my repairs whether I'm waiting in the lobby or at home. The whole dealership has generally been kind to me and a place that I definitely do not dread to visit. Prices are fair and costumer service is top-notch. If you're looking for a new car don't hesitate to drop by there during your search!
