My friend took her senior dog at around 8pm Monday night to the clinic. From the moment we got there the staff were amazing. They helped us get her out of the car and straight into be seen by the vet. We had thought she might have had a stroke but luckily it was something that could be treated and much less severe. Dr. Cole was great at explaining things, gave us choices and understanding. My friend and her dog were displaced by Hurricane Harvey and have been couch surfing ever since. They'd been through so much together and were traumatized with this latest event. Dr. Cole and the whole staff pulled together and helped out to make sure they were both taken care of in the best way. Thanks so much guys.

This is the best vet I have ever been to. They are reasonable on prices, but provide the best service. They are quick quick quick. We had an appointment for 4, and we were out of there in 30 minutes. Even in their emergency hours, everything costs the same except for the actual visit to the vet (120 vs the normal amount got 50-60ish). We will use this place for our pups as long as possible.

I love Dr. Anderson. We looked for the best vet for 7 years, before we found him. He treats our pet like it is our child. He is awesome at returning phone calls and explaining everything in a manner that is easy to understand. Dr Anderson has always shown his love of his profession with the way he takes that 'extra mile' when dealing with our dog, My dog Zoe has serious health issues ( diabetic), and he always explains treatment and options to us. It took me too many years to find my 'go to' vet! I completely trust Dr.Anderson !!! He listens before he speaks, and his compassion is consistently evident...I never need to question

4.5 stars. For slightly higher prices but more expertise you could take your pet to Gulf Coast Vet Specialists but WAH is around the corner!! 72 out of 82 4-5 stars reviews is pretty damn goody!! To the checkout staff: please more eye contact and smiles when taking payment! The only way I'll stop going here is if I move or they sell to a veterinary national corporation.

Warning: We needed to board our injured dog for a weekend. We were told she'd be kept in the medical ward with constant watch and be given the proper medication. When we picked her up we found out she was not given her medication! She wasnt even kept in the medical ward, causing her to get a serious infection and costing us a ton of money in repeat vet visits and medication to fix their mistake! I also dont think they took her out to use the restroom like they said because as soon as we picked her up she pee'd as much as a horse would and pooped twice. All before we even left the parking lot! This place was the worst mistake we've ever made as pet owners. Our fur babies are our children with four legs if i could do it over she would have never been left in their care!
