Five star for sure! We went there for a kids birthday party and it was also veterans day. They have a separate area for birthdays and a special lunch area to eat - they had food there too! They had many old cars out and were giving rides in them (Ford Model-T for example). Kids loved seeing the old planes (that all are in working condition which is amazing!) and cars. Lots of military planes and jeeps/trucks too! Very nice place; run entirely by volunteers. A definite place to visit a few times during the year.

In geek speak - WAAAM is a sleeper. An almost cheesy exterior belies a truly impressive collection of automobiles, airplanes, trucks, uniforms, medals, weapons, aviation artifacts and on and on. Well worth the admission. The more I saw, the longer I wanted to stay. Enthusiastic, informed, volunteer staff who proffered a wealth of knowledge. A gem along the Oregon Trail.

AN AMAZING MUSEUM. NO WORDS CAN EXPLAIN OR PREPARE YOU FOR HOW UNBELIEVABLE THIS PLACE IS.

I've lived in the area all my life. I've heard how cool it was many times but had never visited this museum before. Today the wife and I decided to take a tour and I have to say, it is very cool. We spent about 3 hours there and probably would have stayed longer if it wouldn't have been so hot. Although at 102° outside, one should expect it to be a little warn inside. Should also point out that the volunteer staff were very friendly and informative.
