Western Montana Lighting is one of my favorite stores to go into. They are always updating the showroom with new options and it's also my secret spot to find new art!! The people who work there know more about lighting than anyone else in town!!

We have always found what we needed and had good service. Today I am very disappointed in the response I received. On Sat. I called to let them know one of the kitchen fixtures was missing a couple of pieces and one of the bulbs was broken. B wa very helpful and said she'd send the replacements out right away. Today, Thursday, there was still no pkg, so I called... B told me it was being sent today! When I expressed my disappointment, she said they had been busy and she just hadn't had time to mail the pkg 😔 This was not what I expected. At the very least I should have been told up front that they didn't have time to take care of me. I was in the Missoula area yesterday, and could have made the extra side trip to pick up my things had I known. I'd like to think we can continue shopping here, but this poor service will make me think before I get in the car next time.

We loved working with Western Montana Lighting. Not only does this team have excellent customer service, they also have the expertise. There is a wide variety of lighting options, including choices for customers on a strict budget. I highly recommend this company!
