Love banking here, great customer service, great hours (7:30am and 6pm is unheard of!), very friendly and welcoming...I just wish someone would answer the phone. I have ran into issues several times where I call and am always routed to leave a voicemail. Granted, they return the call, but much later in the day or next day. It would be faster to go inside and ask your questions at that rate, but thats rather inconvinient.

Great bank very helpful got a car loan very quickly. Only problem i have with them is they never answer the phone for example been call today since 7:30 probally bout 6 times left number and a message but nothing.

Best experience I had when coming to getting a auto loan. They worked with me when Noone else would. They got me a lot better rate then everyone in town could. Courtney was amazing help and I would do more business in future, as well as recommend them to everyone.

Only bank to give me a vehicle loan, and with a comparatively low rate considering the faulty credit history. Even TTCU, with which I have direct deposit set up with for work, wouldn't even refinance my car after a year of clean payment history. Then WSFCU gave me an unsecured loan to help rebuild credit. Will most certainly be moving my direct deposits over from TTCU as soon as I get it set up.
Thanks Western Sun, all I needed was a little trust, and to be treated like a person.
