Two thumbs up for this company. They helped me fix my flat when people were hitting potholes all over the city.  The driver was a younger guy who drove a Ford Ranger just like me.  He had great customer service even though they were getting a lot of calls

I have a 2012 fiat 500 and the clutch went out. I originally had it towed to a different AAA certified shop that told me that they thought that my transmission was bad as well as the clutch and they could just fix the clutch for $1500 and in order for them to properly diagnose the transmission, the would have to charge me $250 just to look at it. 
 I had the car towed to Westland car care and within an hour or so, they had run the diagnostics on my car and worked up a full estimate. Transmission was fine and clutch fix would be about $1300. 
 They were very nice and had a shuttle that drove me home and back to the shop. 
 Hopefully I won’t have to get more repairs done but if I do, I’d go to Westland Car care again.

Great service, got some work done from an accident, can't even tell I was in one!! Second time using them in last 12 years.

Had my wife's car for 6 weeks. Never called with any updates. Wasn't done when promised. Never again.
