I had been taking my 3 cats to a different vet, and after being over charged multiple times for no results with my cats I switched to West Paws. Both Dr Paradises  are wonderful, it took one thorough visit with Danielle to come up with a plan for each cat and after some different procedures and medication changes they are all happy and healthy and I don't have to worry about them anymore! Highly recommend this Vet Center!

Very friendly atmosphere employees are great keeping your appointments is another story basically you need to be retired to deal with their scheduling I had 4 appointments in 2 weeks 3 with canceled due to the veterinarian so if you're retired and have a wide open schedule and I do mean wide open this is the place to go if you work for a living and you make appointments and you keep them I would not recommend this place you're basically at their Mercy my appointment was canceled about 20 hours prior and then I called back to ask why they canceled me and never tried to reschedule me to no avail again great atmosphere if you have nothing else to do but schedule around them

I was 110% happy w the vet and the care there. The vet Dr Williams was very knowledgeable and more than kind and caring. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone.

My husband brought our dog there today for some blood tests because we suspected something was wrong, I called all around in the morning after a few failed attempts to get our dog seen other places, I stumbled upon WestPaws. They were the only ones who were understanding and had an open appointment and were glad to take a look at him. They were very informative and helpful with making sure we understood what we had to do, we even learned a few things about our dog that we were unaware of because we rescued him back in September. Just overall a great experience. Our dog is already doing 70% better and he's only been home for a few hours. Will be scheduling with them from now on.

Dr. Williams and Staff were amazing and compassionate. They were incredibly patient and understanding of our needs at a very critical time.
I cannot thank them enough.
