Wow !!!!! The sales experience was the best I ever had buying a new car. Kirk was my salesman and he went over the top to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Then we came into the finance part they really took the time to find us the best interest rate for Frank took the extra time to make sure we paid as little as possible. What a great group I would highly recommend this dealer to all and any looking for there next car deal!!! 5 stars

Billy Dismuke is the best Car Salesman they have. he is very nice, and works hard to help you get into what you want! my mom & I were lucky to have him help us. hes the sweetest guy they have. if you want someone who will work to help you and not their self, then Billy is the one you need to ask for. he doesn't worry about making the next dime, his main concern is with helping you. I bought a vehicle here, as well as warranties. I recently traded that vehicle in on a new truck at a different dealership. Immediately afterwards I went back to Westpointe to cancel my warranties so that I could get the pro rated money back from them. I knew before hand exactly how much I had paid and what all warranties I had bought. When I went in to cancel them, because no one would call me back, I'm assuming because I told them I needed to speak to someone about canceling them, the lady pulled up the warranties on her computer and only mentioned one of the warranties.. I told her no there was another warranty worth x amount. She then said, "oh ok ya I didn't see the other one.." Like really? Anyway, I cancelled them. She then told me that once that vehicle was paid off to go to that bank and get a lien release and bring it in to them and they could write me a check directly and not have to send it to the bank where the loan through. So I drove 45 min to that particular bank, got the lien release, and drove back to Westpointe to show them the truck had been paid off. I was routed to a different lady, not the one who I spoke with when I initially cancelled the warranties. She said, "let me go check on that". A few min later she returns saying yes they have been cancelled, I said yes I know this already, and explained I had lien release to show truck was paid off and was there to get the warranty money.. Her answer was, "Well we are waiting for the next "batch" to come out and to be sent off." I did argue with her for a minute and explained my frustration and all she could say was, well you signed paperwork stating it could take 90 days.. What difference does it make the warranties were cancelled over 30 days ago and here's proof that vehicle is paid off! The point is, They will do anything and everything to just push things back! If they aren't pocketing money they could care less about their customer service. Plain and simple. I could have easily been screwed out of the second warranty money if I hadn't looked back at the paperwork before I went in to cancel them, because she "didn't see the second one on there." I have no reason to make all this up and take 20 minutes out of my day for no reason. One things for certain, I will NEVER buy here again. Not to mention once I did cancel the warranties I called up there several times asking for some sort of proof that they had been cancelled. They always put me on hold and sent me to someone who either didn't answer or wasn't at their desk. I guarantee if I had been calling to BUY warranties, someone would have answered!!! Wonder if I went in to buy warranties if I'd have to wait to pay them until the next "batch" goes out or comes in.

Doug was an outstanding salesman when we bought our Jeep. He made our transition to a new car stress-free. All of our questions were answered, all of our needs were met, and we got the best deal! I would definitely recommend Doug to anyone who lives in the Central Oklahoma area and is shopping for a car. The dealership itself has a welcoming environment, and you can tell they care about their customers!

I bought a 2016 jeep and was very happy and pleased with the whole process. Ron was great to work with. He met all of my needs! He made buying a car a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend him!
