I cannot say enough good about the staff at Westside. They are always kind, patient and greet both me and my dog with a smile. They are knowledgeable in my pets care. They are affordable and offer a wide variety of services. I just simply think they’re the best!

Dr. Louis and her staff are excellent... They have made our transition to Watertown much easier knowing we have care established for our two dogs. The dogs love it there and the boarding service provides us a huge peace of mind when we are away. Would not think of taking our doggies anywhere else... Thank you all!

This clinic is awesome. My puppies love to come for appointments, to weigh in and boarding. Everyone is nice and friendly. They are happy to help and answer any questions.

I don't know where to begin....Dr. Louis and her staff are the absolute best! They are kind, caring, and what really impresses me is that Dr. Louis, herself, will return calls to you and talk to you at length regarding your concerns. Not only during office hours, but evenings and weekends as well. This is Chip..... Dr. Louis has been helping us try and get to the bottom of a chronic infection on his paw for the past three months. Chip previously had a mast cell tumor on the same paw, so Dr. Louis has made calls to the U of M Oncology Department for their input. She is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her! We are so grateful for her and her wonderful staff! They do everything in their power to put your mind at ease and provide the best possible care for your precious pets!
