This was a wonderful experience.  Christine had me laughing smiling and just felt warm being in her present . She answered all my question . She knew her job great customer service. A wonderful lady beautiful personality 😀😀😀😀. So I had a little problem and couldn't make it to the storage unit in time before closing today. Christine and Danny went out of their way to make sure my son got in the unit.  They are the best 2 people I know always friendly and smiling. Always goes over and beyond for me I love their customer service they deserve 5000 stars!!!!!!!!!

Christine was very helpful in getting me set up with my storage unit. She explained the policies and procedures perfectly, and ensured that all my questions were answered.

Andy was very helpful and friendly. He helped us so much with all the numerous questions we constantly shot at him.
We arrived at the storage unit to realize that we underestimated how large a unit we would need. Andy was so quick to help us with the various options to pick from, and we eventually found the appropriate sized unit. Without him we would probably have to settle for the smaller more crammed unit and risk damaging our stuff.
He  also has a great sense of humor! Signing  a lease contract has never been so much fun!Safeguard is very lucky to have such a super employee. You're a credit to your company Andy! Keep up the great work!!!
