It does take awhile for the food, due to them being understaffed but i get fast food is tough. The food is always good and fresh and the guy at the window is there almost every time i go and is so sweet and respectful. If you’re impatient this whataburger is not for you but they always serve very yummy food and is worth the wait. :

We arrived at 1:30 with 40 people from a church youth lock-out. They made 40 shakes, and took numerous other orders. It was such a smooth process, and everyone had a great time!

I come here once every few weeks to eat, the food is great and so is the staff both in the morning and evening, but my only few complaints about this Whataburger is that I hear bunch yelling in the back from a redhead woman yelling at her coworkers in a rude mannermaybe she’s a manager but regardless it makes me feel bad for them. And another complaint is that lately the French fries have been a bit soggy at times in which it really disappoints me. But other than that I still love coming here before and after work.

They made me use the order board, then actually took orders from people behind me in line. I  wanted tomatoes on my burger, it showed I had added it on the board. I asked to be sure, was told tomatoes come on the whataburger anyway.  And of course,  got home, NO tomatoes. Burger was cold, tasteless.  Worst burger ever. Do better WB, you are losing a 60 year customer. Mr Dobson is spinning in his grave. Thats what happens when you sell out to Cali people. Yuck

Because Google keeps prompting a written review... initially we believed this review spoke for itself with pictures and one star. Whataburger was sold to a Chicago IL corporation in June of 2019.  Ever since, each order we’ve placed at this location, have been similar in quality to these photos.  We tried a few times and finally just stopped going to avoid the disappointment.  Using out dated product management theory of cutting corners on toppings = loss, not profit. In the age of COVID, deliveries & drive thru, presentation and quality are EVERYTHING!  We miss you Whataburger. We hope you’ll get it together again.

I ordered on the app and was delayed 15 minutes later than the order-ready-time, but still got fresh fries. Excellent service.

I'm just updating my review from my final visit to this location, about 3 years ago. It looks like my original picture might have been removed, and I just cannot allow that to happen. I ordered, and paid for two honey BBQ strip sandwiches and received this. Had it been the first time, this happened, or even the 3rd at that point it's probably my fault for not checking the food at the window  I probably still wouldn't think about it every time I drive by any burger joint.

Drive through early in the morning, not an excuse but I have to say my expectations were low. It appeared there was one maybe two working the store. The orders were coming out on a one in one out. It took a looooooooong time. Felt very sorry for the workers, no one was wearing smiles. The food tasted fine when it finally showed up.

The guys here are pretty nice always have the best attitude! But the women here always have an attitude problem. At least act like u like ur job. Know times are tough but dam be nice an smile. Almost walked out the door. All I did was ask for a new cup women scowled at me. It’s like dam dude I said it nicely. I’m particular about those cause I had covid three times this yr. Do my best to be careful.

This rating is for location in Leander since they are ashamed and removed their rate and review tab. Casey Martinez couldn’t make it work. And appears as Jesus Layton cant either. Tried that location on Metro and again cold food. Chicken and fried stone cold again. Upper upper management needs involvement on this issues.
