Absolutely amazing how completely good this place is. Fresh pizza. Good measuring. Quick and efficient. Lobby is very clean. Probably don't even have to mention a friendly and great staff some will even talk to you if they have time at the register, which in my opinion is pretty hard to find in most places.
The team that closed tonight on 9/9/2022 is phenomenal!!! So amazing so nice! I placed an order through the app at 9:15pm and everything was fine. I got a text saying it was going to be delivered through DoorDash driver, ok cool. Long story short, the DoorDash person stole my food. So I called back and they remade my pizza and already sent it out. I got nervous around 10:45 and got worried so I called back. I literally got off the phone with the store and my door bell rang. They were the nicest people!! So so soooo amazing!
Not happy. Ordered 1 pizza and cheesesticks in advance for hubby to pick up on his way home. Said 10-20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes after order was placed and was told it wasn't ready when he got there. Then after waiting 10 more minutes they handed him the pizza that was sitting there the whole time... and I was charged an 18% tip that I did not approve.
Update: recieved a full refund after the 2nd delivery failed to arrive...Doordash picked up both orders, and neither arrived. Called in my order at 11am with a delivery of 1135.. At 1135 i get a txt changing my delivery time to 1200ish.. Ok its around lunch.. no problem. At 1215 my pizza was still not delivered. i call 7 times before i got an answers. Once i spoke to someone the Emp stated Door dash didn't deliver for what ever reason, so they remade my order and it was due to be picked up around 1230ish and delivered. Ok i said.. Well here we go... I allotted 30 min for that delivery to happen. At 1pm i called back got right through i was told it was just picked up and is on its way, well its now 157pm and still nothing. During my waiting i have now called 20 times to get a refund with no answer..
Took 1.5 to 2 hours for them to get our pizzas from them. We live only 10 minutes away. My SO and I had just got off work and didn’t want to drive.. Huge mistake with this place. If you take one thing from this review it is “DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE.”
Picked up our two pizza order. The employee “checked” the pizza… completely not the right pizza. Called when we got home to tell them they gave us the wrong pizza. The manager proceeded to use excuse after excuse blaming everyone else. No solution but to wait an hour and a half and come watch them make the pizza. I’ve worked in customer service for 8 years and NEVER have I received such poor ownership and service. I would suggest going anywhere but here.
The worst Pizza and the worst chicken wings I have ever eaten. I do not understand how they stay in business peddling such crap food.
Had some trouble with delivery on an order and the manager went above and beyond making it right. I was very impressed with the quality of her customer service. Thank you! - Victoria Gonzalez
This is the not the first time this has happened but it’ll be the last time now. I always order a pizza with extra cheese and the couple time they’ve been coming out all sauce and maybe cheese on one slice. The first time I got store credit. This recent time I called the store to let them know and the manager was rude, kept passive aggressively mispronouncing my name even after I had said it to her. Said for me to get pizza from somewhere else next time. I just don’t understand why they aren’t checking what they are putting out.
Try to save them 2 trips on 2 online orders but they had no interest. You guys go ahead and make 2 trips. Teach your phone people about customer service.
