I have loved this location for years but the staff is not the same obviously. Long waits for a terrible product. 20 minute wait with only one car in front of me to get a taco and a burrito. I did not change anything to the taco. It really came out this way. So sad.
Just found this in my boyfriends burrito supreme I’m almost positive it’s someones tooth/crown, when I went to take it back to Taco Bell the staff was completely unprofessional and rude. Could not believe how we were treated after finding this in our food! I’m totally disgusted and in shock. Nobody should ever have to go thru what we went thru tonight. If the guy who claimed he was the manager who refused to give us his name was really the manager then Taco Bell I can’t believe you allow managers to treat customers so poorly.
Tf is this? I ordered cheesy bean and rice burrito's with ground beef added. the picture below is what they thought was a quesorito, absolutely nasty, threw all of it away, was bout $27 worth, all burritos soggy, taco’s nasty, lettuce all soapy, dont come here.
Walked in order Lunch. No one in dining room .One car in drive through. Waiting for about a minute. The lady working yells from the drive window, " Hey ,use the order screens" I kindly said ,no thanks those screens are filthy ,I'm in no hurry I'll wait" She snapped back with a snarell, showing her teeth in Anger...and said " WELL ITS GONNA BE AWHILE THEN!!!! The manager working sat there in disbelief . The manager did nothing until I was on my way walking out. She said ,"Sir I'll take your order". I said , No Thanks that lady is horrible and will be contacting the franchise owner. Never ever going in there again. Buyer beware. Mean mean people work there
The hours are not correct at all. It is always hit or miss whether you can actually be served. Came at midnight after ordering on the app, which normally will not let you order if they are closed. When I get there it is fully shutdown and no one here. The hours state until 2AM. This is not the only time I have come here and no one was here. It happens during the day and night. Don't know what is going on at this store but it needs a shakeup in staff.
Tried ordering food online at this location 4 times over the past 3 months following well within posted business hours online. No issues placing the order, online says its open, so should be open... right? Wrong each time was refused service because they apparently are understaffed. If that's the case update the hours on Google and taco bells website. You wasted my time and money. I am reporting this store to corporate. I finally got smart and placed my order online so I have a number to attach to my visit once the order got canceled. Parking: Empty parking lot. Dietary restrictions: Offers keto options.
This location is an absolute embarrassment due to the staff they hired. The drive thru simply stopped taking orders, they did not prepare enough food and ran out, a whole line of cars was waiting and they were refusing to serve. When i asked for a number to call the manager said "look it up yourself" and slammed the window closed, refused to answer. The entire line left afterwards, I know i will never return.
Although I doubt no one cares, this is one of the most poorly run Taco Bell's I've been to. Their hours are constantly changing without notice, their staff is incredibly rude, and they're constantly making orders incorrectly. I hope management can fix this place.
Had large order. 95% was correct. Went back to fix it and they did with no problems. Helped that I had the receipt and went back right away, but they did replace what was missing and wrong with smiles and apologies.Food: 5/5
So first time since Mexican pizza has been disconnected I got one and don't know if this location but worst ever. Will only order again if free. It was super soggy. That is true disappointing. I guys no taco bell again.
