Called to ask if they would provide a ballpark range for replacing leather soles on some Cole Haan men's dress shoes.  He spent a few minutes lecturing me about how he is basically doing me a favor by even picking up the phone and was very rude.  Will not step foot into this business.  I would recommend going to Danada Shoe Repair instead, they have much better customer service skills, very friendly.

One of the few family owned and operated service type of business. Hard to find a shoe repair store anymore. The owner is very friendly and will share a story or two with you.

Dimitrios made my shoes look like new! He is a kind man who told me the truth about what he was  able to repair. His price was fair too. It makes sense that he's been in business for 52 years! I would recommend him without hesitation!

I went to this store because of the nice reviews,  but I will never go back to this shop. I requested a quote to replace one rubber tip of a high heel and told the store owner that the other shoe's tip was okay. The store owner proceeds to break a piece off the tip that was in fair condition to show that it was worn. Now, the tips on both shoes are broken.  After, seeing my shocked response,  he offers to fix the shoe he broke for free.  After I agree to pay him for the one shoe and he could fix the other for free, he proceeds to lecture me about not taking advantage of people. Needless to say I left with my brocken pair of shoes.  Never again. If you want to be talked to in a very disrespectfully manner this your repair shop.
