I've been going to Which Wich for years, and in doing so I've come to learn you'll wait +/-15 minutes for your order when ordering upon arrival. Knowing that, I've started ordering online/via their app. The last few weeks have had good service and my order was ready by the time I arranged. Today, however, it didn't matter. I ordered last night for pick up at 11:45 today. When I arrived, they hadn't even started my order, and were too busy concentrating on a bigger order than mine. I finally walked out the door 20 minutes after the arranged pickup time, and all I got was an "I'm sorry" and an offer for a free drink. Neither of which helps being 15 minutes late for work.

By far the best sandwich chain out there! Great quality ingredients. Their house chips are delicious and super crispy!

The employees are pretty good of getting your food to you fast, albeit the order is usually missing something. The atmosphere is lively, makes it a bit hard to have a conversation with anyone you may have joined you for lunch. It's bright inside and there are a few tables with umbrellas outside, the bathrooms are easy to locate and clean... The trash receptacle openings aren't large enough for the Large salad bowls, so you have to really cram that joker in there. I would say 3.5.

First time going there. Good food definitely. It was hard to hear them pronounce the names when they called the orders out though. I didn't know if the y called my name or someone else's. But definitely very good food.
