I went to Whisper Creek this week, for the first time, with my sister and brother-in-law. My sister and I had luxurious professional facials with Kathy, the owner. It was totally relaxing and felt absolutely wonderful. Kathy was just so pleasant to talk to. I enjoyed every moment of my facial. Not to mention my skin was glowing when I left! As was my sister's!

My brother-in-law had a 90 minute massage while my sister and I had 60 minute massages with Tawni. Once again,  she was a true professional. She loves her craft and what she's doing and it shows! She listened to our needs/expectations and delivered on them! I only wish I hadn't waited so long to make an appointment! 

I would highly recommend Whisper Creek Day Spa to all of my friends and family. It's welcoming and extremely clean AND they give FABULOUS facials and massages!

This place is AWFUL. DO NOT GO HERE. The owner (Kathy) is impossible to reason with and blames the customer for her employee's shortcomings. My husband booked me a 90 minute Swedish massage and a gel mani/pedi package. I went and my nails peeled the very next day. She didn't push back or cut my cuticles off. They were filed unevenly. I get my nails done all the time and these were the worst I've ever experienced. I came in with gel from a previous nail appt on my toes and was made to feel like fool for not telling them ahead of time (which I was never instructed or asked to do) so the girl was frustrated that she had to soak them off. This process ran well into my massage that was scheduled after my pedicure. They told me I could either have an hour massage and then try to schedule another time to come in for the rest (I have a new baby, so getting time away is incredibly hard) or I could just reschedule altogether. All because I had gel on my toes that she needed to soak off. I left the salon crying because I wanted just ONE morning (this was my Mother's Day gift I finally found time to use) away to myself. It ended horribly. My husband and I had to go ROUND AND ROUND with the owner, listening to her rant about how it was all my fault...that I was the problem. She argued with us for about 30 minutes over the phone and never tried to listen to what we were saying. This place is FAR from professional and luxurious. I recommend the Woodhouse Day Spa 100 times over in Franklin. DO NOT COME HERE. You will be vastly disappointed.

OmGosh!!! Best kept secret. Loved everything about Whisper Creek. The staff are so kind, and genuine, more than just a number here! Kathy is the best, know all things skin!

BEST MASSAGE BY KATHY S.
I have been getting massages for many years and by far the most consistent and best massage I have ever received has been at the experience hands of Kathy. Kathy customizes each of her massages per the client's given issues for that appointment. Kathy's constant learning of new therapy techniques and approaches is beyond the normal for most massage therapist. I have found my mind, body, and spirit to much more in balance and harmony with my regularly schedule appointments.
