We really liked this place until we went in to get my engagement ring fixed after the diamond fell out. Of course my fiance' at the time, now my husband, and myself, obviously knew the diamond in the ring was not a REAL diamond! Our visit was great until i asked if there was a possibility of losing the diamond again. The lady said, right in front of other customers, "Well if you do lose it again, it wouldn't be a big loss because its not a real diamond. Its just a $30-$40 zerconian piece." Both of our faces turned red and we were both really embarrassed. She made us feel so cheap and small. We weren't so much angry as we were hurt and just the feeling of belittlement really hurt as well.

Let me tell you my whole family Loves this store! The staff is so kind, they have been there for years. Infact I wanna say we have been shopping there around 20 years? They have a lovely selection in house, my family has picked out 3-4 engagement rings here! Don't see what you are looking for, bring in some ideas, Gary  is so great to work with, he has custom made around 6 pieces for me! Whole staff is so knowledgeable! Love love love! I recommend this jewelry store over any in the state!!!

Excellent store to deal with.

Walked in with no knowledge of what to look for or at.  
Jesse walked me threw everything and explained it all very well.

They worked very hard to get me exactly what I wanted and all in a very quick amount of time.

Not planning on buying another engagement ring, but will definitely be in for other jewelry next time!

Best place in all of North Dakota. They are awesome at what they do. Jessie finds the perfect jewlery every time. Gary does a great job whenevern I need our Jewlery polish or fixed up or whatever. The atmosphere from everyone is Like family!!
