Great people who care about my pets.  I had the worst day today, because we had to put a beloved  pet down.  Thank God I had these loving people to help me threw this.  Such kindness, respect for my loved dog, and the care the doctor and and staff showed me was remarkable.  No one wants this day, but when your pet is suffering, you need a professional, a loving and caring doctor to lean on.  I have always liked this vets office, but now I truly know how lucky York is to have them in our community.  Thank you doctor and staff.

I've taken my dogs here for years and have seen the service go from outstanding to poor at best. I believe the doctor wants to provide the best care possible but she has not put the right team in place to support her vision.  Sadly, for now I had to change vet. Just a heads up, don't board your pet here.

I like Dr Sylvia Chappell. I was disappointed that the couple times I've take my dog Bella there, I see another vet or a tech.
I did change vets, I found a vet that was a little  less expensive.  I have now moved less than a mile from the clinic, so I do plan to take my dog back to The White Rose.  They are not as loving as Chappell Animal Hospital, but they are very convenience and do a Good job.
