On one the worst days the staff here was caring and understanding. They gave me my options and we're up front about the situation. They did not try and force procedures. My dog was treated well and I felt as at ease as I could about putting him to sleep. Thanks to all here at Care animal regional. I received a sympathy card from the staff this is over and above the most caring staff. Thank you guy's.

Unless you have a lot of money this is the perfect place for you. 95$ for a visit plus whatever else they claim your dog needs. They tried to charge me for a test that cost 50$ and I told them not at this time and the doctor comes in and basically says “We’re still going to do the test” and the bill came to be $690 if I was going to go thru with it. They sent me a bill of $121 in the mail. I’m just upset at the fact that I told them NO I do not want to get the test done and she comes in there and disregards my wishes. The only reason why I’m giving them 2 stars because the nurse and front desk was awesome. I’ll never return here and I suggest y’all take your fur babies to the Ark in boiling springs.

This is a wonderful place to go for emergencies with your furbabies. My kitty had fluid drained countless times off her lungs, they never told me it was hopeless like my vet did. And thanks to all the staff she pulled through and she is so big and beautiful now.

Have had 3 of my pets here for various emergencies.  They were just the best each time, and especially when we reached the inevitable conclusion of our cat’s renal failure and had to put her down in the middle of the night.  Class act and great, compassionate care all the way.  Also they share records with our regular vet here in Spartanburg.

Dr. Chappell and the whole staff saved my little dog's life. They were all so kind and treated me wth the up most respect. I am a few weeks late posting this, I was blessed that on that night in February they were there for me & Little Bit they did what it took to save her life, thank you
