I simply called the White Oak to inquire about weddings which were briefly mentioned on the web site.  There is no mention of guest list caps. During the conversation I'm asked about my count.  When she heard my number she laughed at me.  125 is not that excessive for a wedding if there is ample yard space, which from what I could tell there was.  I found that rather rude!  I have never been to your property to know the size and do not enjoy being laughed at.  

I'm sure as a B&B it's fine, but don't ask for anything that might seem excessive (even if you couldn't have any idea!)
