This is a small store that has a great variety. Lately, I find that the prepared foods here is the best in the chain, with a burrito station that reliably makes good and large burritos. The 365 store brand is reasonably priced, although some perishables and national brand items can be a little higher than competitors. That price difference has been quickly subsiding over the past year though.

Hello. I am writing because I am very upset about a situation at your store. My mother, who is in her 60s was shopping at your Andover location and was browsing in the vitamin aisle. There was a woman who asked her if she was finding everything alright. My mother said yes and then moved on to another aisle. The same woman asked her again if she was finding everything ok. Again, my mother responded with yes, and thank you. Immediately the woman followed with, are you all set? Now, I am all about customer service, but there is a fine line between harassment and helping. This woman seemed to want to rush my mother out of there when the store was full of other people she could ask to help. Now I don't know if your store has a policy on what people are not allowed in the store, but I suggest putting a big sign in the front that says please do not come in if you're Hispanic! That way you can have more energy to actually do some work and not worry about rushing people out.

A lot of different varieties of organic foods.  I wish they would have more local organic products. Helpful cashiers and fast moving lines.

As a person who relies heavily on HP parking, I am angry that designating signs r removed in winter, I assume 4 easier plowing. This makes it easier 4 non-disabled drivers claim they didn't know & prevent legally eligible drivers/passengers from accessing them.The LAW requires these signs & the convenience of plow drivers is an insulting & ridiculous argument. OBEY THE LAW, WHOLE FOODS ANDOVER!

Since Amazon bought Whole Foods they are running out of or not carrying any longer items that my family needs so disappointing. Staff is still friendly and helpful.
