Tasting bar tender was enjoyable and knowledgeable. Their whisky was accurately described and of a good quality. Similarly their vodka and gin were on point. The bourbon and aged rum were the star attractions however and both are worth the trip. Rustic old mill feel, with modern bar accommodations.

Fabulous cocktails all made with their own distilled rums, vodka's and whiskey.  A must try!

Excellent spirits standouts were the bourbon and the gin. Only thing was We couldn't order a 1oz shot of a spirit. It had to be 2 oz.
