I went to check out prices for lawn mowers. The employee told me it would be a certain price. Was going to give me a little off the price. I go back the next day and another employee tells me a different price and will not honor the other price. Said the first employee didn't have the authority to give me the discount. This is not my fault. So I buy the lawnmower any way. And they make sure it runs. They barely help me load it in my truck. Don't tell me the ins and outs about the lawnmower.

Thank goodness they are close or I would go somewhere else.  The whole group has the personality of a rock.  A guy named Robert that fixes the lawmowers seems like he wants to fight, very weird feel to this place.  I had to check to see if I was a customer, and yep!  I paid them.  Customer service in so many places are terrible, but this place holds the gold standard for poor attitudes.

Went in with an idea of what I wanted/needed, I asked for help on my decision and wound up buying the saw I needed. I did not feel any pressure to buy a better chainsaw then the one I need. I have used the saw 3 times so far and I am happy I listened to the man (so sad I can't remember his name but he is the Service man there) he knew what he had and understood what I was going to use it for. All I can say is "I'll be back"

Have been in this place a few times, every time less than helpful, and overpriced. Took my lawnmower in to have a broken part fixed that I couldn't fix myself, the repair guy kept pushing full service, oil change, blade sharpening ect. Stuff that I can do myself without their inflated prices. When I insisted on just the broken part the repair guy acted pissed off, and they took over a month to fix it. Went in today for a new drive belt for the same lawnmower. Had to make myself known to the guy behind the counter working on something otherwise he would've never looked up. I told him what I needed, I had the belt with number on it in hand. He yelled for another guy in the back room, the same repair guy I delt with a couple years ago. Once again stated what I needed. He asked what it was for, I said a troybuilt lawnmower, he asked if I had the model # of the mower, I said no, he said can't help you. He could see the belt on the counter, didn't even try to match up the # on the belt or cross reference it in his numerous parts catalogs, remember this is a dedicated lawnmower repair shop. Other home improvement and auto part stores looked it up or tried to match it up using a sizing device, they didn't have it in stock but offered to order it, I can do that, but was hoping to get it today. That is what brought me back to Wilbur's today for the last time, I will never go back there and would not recommend them. I bet if I had taken a lawnmower in there with an illegible model number with the same problem they could have fixed it because they could charge the full service price.
