I've been to Wild Garlic a handful of times and its mostly because I love the variety of dishes that are offered at Elizabeths cafe. She is warm, welcoming, and carries a beautiful spirit about her that emanates throughout the small cafe. The homely factor really drives me to come there again and again because I don't feel as if I'm in a fast food joint or a local cafe where people just want me in and out along with a wad of my cash. There is definitely some love that goes into making the food. She offers unique dishes. They are unique because she actually makes food with organic ingredients. I'm a vegan and I've traveled to a lot of food joints that claim to be natural and are nothing of the sort, so I'm very glad that she promotes organic food. Skip Panera Bread and Au Bon Pain, if you want real food made by someone who cares about food and people, your time will be better spent at Wild Garlic.
