Perfect for walking or running and can take your four legged friend with you too (bring a leash). Lots of trees and activity all around. This place is conveniently located right out my back door. I started at Pioneer Park by the playground area (perfect if you want to bring the kids and let them run and play). Lets remember to keep it clean. Leave no trace. Zero footprints. Leave it better than you found it.

Great place to walk and think. Take your dog! There's three trash cans and pick up bags too. Warning though, occasionally the West end of the park gets flooded. The whole area was recently mowed and a lot of debris has been cleared. Very nice views of the slough and Santiam River.

Easy walk and is just outside of the town. Nice place to just get away and walk.
