They are Great!! They will take care of your car in what you ask for and they also check things out to ensure your vehicle is ok no shake down. If u need something they will advise you.  Up to you if u want it fix or not.  They are very honest in pricing and work

I had to have my tire censors replaced along with 4 tires. The guy at the store told me only 1 censor needed to be replaced. Went to get my car and they told me they replaced 2. I drove home and everything was fine for about a week. I took it back and they still didn't fix my issue. Everytime I take my car for an oil change I mention the tire pressure censor and it hasn't been resolved. It's almost a year in August and it's still on inside the car. I'm just tired of asking for it to be fixed. I paid almost $900 for 4 tires, 2 censors, and an alignment that I was told I needed so bad. I've only had the car for a year at the time. It seems odd that I'm reading all these shady post about people paying money for things that weren't needed. How could a car purchased from the dealership need an alignment after only having it a year?

I had purchased 4 tires from Big O with an extended warranty. There was a problem with a valve on one of the tires. The gentleman behind the desk told me I had no warranty and tired to sell me a single tire for just under$400.00. He said it was the only one in stock. Being a holiday weekend, I am sure he thought he'd get me. I went to DISCOUNT TIRE where they said that the tire itself was still under warranty and fixed the valve for free. I would give BIG O A BIG FAT 0!!! LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER!!!
