Mr. Head's knowledge of DUI law and trial strategy is staggering. He is an encyclopedia. Well, he literally wrote the book that lawyers use on DUI so that makes sense. If you've got a lot at stake, this is the only man who you can really trust to do the BEST possible job for you. He knows every prosecutor and judge, he's got the top experts in the country on speed dial and he will go to the mat for you and work angles that other supposed "DUI experts" wouldn't even think of. He makes a terrible experience manageable and his office operates with consummate professionalism. There are some things you don't skimp on- your car's brakes, your eyesight and teeth, and your reputation. Bubba will help you with the last one.

I am an Atlanta native and have many attorneys in my family that have been practicing in Georgia for over 50 years.  My father has a law firm with over thirty attorneys and my brother is also a lawyer.  Given these relationships, it was suggested to me that I use the best DUI defense lawyer in the state and that is Mr. Head, "Bubba".  The key to a successful outcome is being represented by an lawyer that knows the judicial process, the law, is well prepared, and does not make mistakes or miss any details.  In my hearing to determine whether or not the state had enough evidence to move forward,  Bubba was able to completely turn the tables on the arresting officer.  He pointed out multiple errors or mistakes by the arresting officer in respect to the process, statements, and judgement while cross examining him on the stand.  Because of all the errors and inconsistencies with the arrest, the judge ruled to suppress all evidence and saw no reason for the DUI arrest.   Another victory for Bubba, and a huge relief for me. There is no one better than Bubba and I can promise you that.  Thanks again Bubba.

Mr Head did a great job during the case to keep  me in the loop with all my options .He was very understanding of my needs  during the case . The results for the case more then excepted  and a winner for me .I would refer Mr Head to any friend or co-worker.

I was arrested for DUI in Cobb County. I asked around if someone knew of a good Atlanta DUI lawyer. A friend told me to call Bubba Head. This friend had been in court as a "defendant" on several occasions, so I trusted his judgment.
 
I met with Mr. Head at his office, and he patiently listened to what happened the night I got arrested. I filled out a questionnaire about what happened, and Bubba never looked flustered or shocked. I learned that he had been practicing DUI law in GA for almost 40 years!
 
After he received my arrest DVD, he told me that the video was quite bad, which meant a lot because Bubba has seen thousands of them! We watched the video together, and he took detailed notes of each aspect of the arrest. Because I was asleep at the wheel, three officers ended up at the scene.
 
He discovered some mistakes that the police made in giving me my legal rights after my arrest, which turned out to be the difference in my case. My blood test was excluded by the judge, after a lengthy pre-trial motion hearing.
 
One day when I arrived at court and it was raining, Bubba gave me his spare umbrella! That may not sound like a big deal, but this thoughtful gesture was symbolic of his genuine concern for me throughout this trying time. Bubba treated me like a friend and not just a client.
 
Bubba was a reassuring presence sitting next to me in court. It seemed that everyone in the courtroom knew Bubba, and greeted him warmly and with the utmost respect. I felt a lot better when I saw this happen every time we went to court. Despite the bad video, I felt much more hopeful as the months wore on, after seeing his DUI strategy and how he was treated by others in the court system.
 
Bubba actually went to court for me several times so that I didn't have to miss work. Throughout my case, which was favorably resolved after 18 months, I kept my license, did not have a DUI, and did not have any jail time. Getting this seemingly impossible DUI reduced to reckless driving was something that another attorney may never have ever fought in court. Bubba did.
 
His legal staff was also very nice, and they kept me notified of upcoming court dates ahead of time so that I could plan to be off from work. 

I recommend Bubba 100%.
