Honestly I wasted my money with this firm. First when I first hired them I had an attorney ( Laura Wester ) who isn't with them any more and she seemed to know what she was doing she said they would do everything so I could get my D.U.I reduced to something else, which by the way did not happened I still had to pay them and on top pay my DUI fees with it still on my record. Then out of nowhere she left and then I get placed with a different attorney and he tried everything he could, but I was constantly being asked for my last payment when they didn't even do anything. TOTAL waste of money I should have used those 5,000 for my fees if I knew I was not going to get my D.U.I reduced or taken off my record. OR they could haven simply been honest with me from the beginning and told me that it was a lost cost. I will definitely make a bar complaint on this.

My second time hiring Chestney and Sullivan, my second case completely dismissed. Best DUI attorneys in Atlanta hands down! Very straight forward, passionate about you, and accessible.

This post is to commend what a wonderful job the firm Chestney & Sullivan Law Firm preformed on my Son's case for driving with out insurance whicht led to correction of the  Dekalb case and dismissal of Gwinett case.  Both Chestney and Sullivan showed such professionalism and insight on how to handle this most confusing cases.  Both my son and I respected their foresight and guidance tremendously.

I hired Chestney & Sullivan after poor representation by another DUI attorney. I decided to go with Adam Brown and he completely annihilated the prosecution. They were so sure to have a conviction but Adam gave them something to think about. My case was complete on July 7 2016 and is probably one of the best days of my life because the verdict was NOT Guilty!!! after 3 year of prolonging this case from another firm. I was so nervous but with Adam representing me I had no worries.  The great think about this firm is everybody is involved. All the attorneys look over the case. The trail went very smoothly and Adam knew my case in and out. There were parts of my case I didnt even think about until he mentioned it and gained positive results. I will recommend this firm over any other firm hands down. The support from everybody at the firm is unbelievable. Please do not make the mistake of choosing any other firm besides Chestney & Sullivan Law Firm. Thank you Adam and thank you Skip for recommending him. Thank you thank you and thank you!!! Now I can move on with my life.

I received an excellent outcome in my super speeder case.  I would definitely recommend this firm, and in particular Adam Brown, to anyone!
