Disgusting bathrooms, wifi never works, seedy environment, and the owner will threaten to tow your trailer even if you only need a couple of hours to go get LITERALLY 10 DOLLARS CASH for the STORAGE rent for your trailer when you had to leave for a month, and it ended up being a month and 5 days. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Owner is not a good guy at all. Any friendliness he shows at first is just a fake mask he cant wait to rip off, and stab you in the back. Anywhere is better than this place. Suncrest RV park is a lot nicer if you can get a spot, but it is a little more expensive. But they definitely handle everything in a more honorable way than Jay does at Willow's. In my opinion that's worth it. You never know when you might have a bad day and Jay sees it as an opportunity to make it a lot worse for you.

Horrible place, payed my rent on time for about a year, Jay the owner seemed very pleased with my quiet lifestyle and I always picked up after my dogs. I had my trailer in storage to visit my parents for a month and came back to talk to him 5 days after my fee was due. I agree i should have had it on time but my life fell apart, which i agree is no excuse. He used to be a man I would be privileged to call my friend, now he is a man i pitty the friends of. He turned from best friend to i will have your trailer towed as soon as the tow company can get here. So I took my trailer off his land due to his foul name calling towards me and his threats. And found a way to get the payment and payed him back within hours. Because I am a man of my word. He will be your best friend (fake) one minute and your enemy the next when you just need a few days to get your chaotic life together. If you stay here I recomend not offering to help woth ground chores cause your bored like I did or anything nice towards him. Keep your distance stay quiet as possible and always pay him extra money since that seems to buy his friendship. If you don't have extra money for him you better be on time with everything or he will have you towed. Zero grace with this guy Jay! Horrible buisness model i highly advise you to go to a professional. Buisness even if it is a few bucks more.

My husband and I stayed there for a month in May 2006. We found it to be quiet, friendly and low-key. The owners are very nice and they have a tiny store and hair salon, as well as a playground...but not a pool. Their prices are great and they have discounts for longer stays which attracts several long-term people who are visiting or working in the area temporarily. They offer cable TV and even some phone hookups can be gotten for those staying long term. There are two coin-operated washers and dryers in the store/salon so the hours are limited but if your RV doesn't have a way to do laundry, it is great to have a place to wash your bathing suits and towels after going to one of the local lakes or pools. There are a lot of beautiful willow trees offering shade for our RVs and plenty of grass area, too. If you're looking for a place to entertain you or your children during the day, this is NOT the place for you. But if you want a nice quiet place to park your RV for when you get back from your activities, it's a great place to stay! By the way, they allow tents, too! Don't let the name "Trailer Village" fool you...it's not a seedy place. It's not fancy, that's true...but they just can't change the name after all these years. We met some nice and interesting people there and that added to the nice memories of our visit with our children and grandchildren who live in the area. Willows has what we are looking for so we'll head back there if we ever make the trip in an RV again!
