Came here for a second time in about 2 weeks and had a somewhat bad experience this time around. I've never had a sandwich with such a small portion of meat. My two kids sandwiches had about as much meat as mine. Completely different experience than our first time. I think you need to train your employees to be consistent.  There was no meat on my $8 sandwich.  As much as I hate subway even they put more meat and that's not saying much. Please train staff to be consistent.  We came back because we were impressed the first time around. Nice girl but she did not know what she was doing. I enclosed photos of my very skimpy sandwich. Very disappointing. I brought rating up to a 3 because i appreciate the owner for acknowledging and making an effort to provide consistency with his products. We will be back again. Thank you

Awesome place & great sandwich! Hadn't had POS in years, & I used to go to the Original POS in Reno/Sparks, NV before it became a thing! Cool to eat again & still a Good sandwich!

After a long  day of labor like any other American I enjoy a Filling sandwich! And thank goodness port of subs out of Nevada is taking  East Bay by storm!  With 2 locations in Brentwood and Attentive servers , I have always found my interactions to be convenient. I enjoy coming here for the specials and can say that the food tastes fresh. I am very happy that they replaced Subway. I like chicken that I know is real chicken, I like fresh vegetables, and I like bread that is crunchy when toasted. But what I love more is a good deal for all those other things! So be sure to come here after 3 and take advantage of some good eats!

I usually stop in about twice a month and am never disappointed with the food. I like that the meats are sliced when you order, rather than being prepackaged/pre-sliced. The owner is super friendly and the employees are as well. Restaurant is clean and I noticed the employees cleaning the food handling immediately after use, as well as frequently washing their hands while making orders. Prices are on point and incredibly fair for what you’re getting. Higher quality food than subway for a better price!

We used to eat at Port of Subs in the Central Valley and we’re excited to see the sign go up in Brentwood. Got sandwiches tonight and they did not disappoint!!!! Delicious just like we remembered! Try the roast beef with smoky cheddar!  YUM!!!! Highly recommend!  The staff was friendly and made awesome sandwiches!!

Need more help you have to wait 15  min or more because one person is working . And it only be 2 people waiting to order a sandwich

Port of Subs now sits where Subway once did and as a once frequent visitor of Subway, I have to say that Port of Subs sandwiches are so much better! Their sandwiches taste fresh and of higher quality meats. The customer service is also great and the staff is helpful and friendly. They have lots of options so I can’t wait to try more!

Sandwiches are good, their whole allure is based on freshly sliced meats and cheese. This method does in my personal opinion elevate the flavors. Good experience, the employees could be a little more upbeat and friendly just a suggestion.
