Ignorant staff. Asked if they had a specific part and the counter guy gave me a stern "NO" without raising his eyes to look at me from his paperwork. I found what I was looking for 30 seconds later, 5 feet from the counter and bought it. The guy just mindlessly rang me up without saying anything. Not my fault you hate your job dude, maybe you should look for another one.

Good quality tools (like Stihl - which have outlasted a lot of junk I I purchased supposedly as quality from Home Depot and Lowe's), they know their merchandise and they service and/or warranty what they sell depending on the problem...

Paid for a full service only to come home to find a stretched and cracked belt. Sad thing is I had even brought a belt in and told them to replace it during the 150 dollar service Pretty expensive oil change and wash.They did nothing to make it right. Lost my business

Great store l, best selection for Stihl products and any professional tree trimming equipment. 
However do not question any of the products in anyway to the younger store owner. He will belittle you and tell you you're wrong with no tact. It's as if he wants to start an argument.

He's done this several times to me on their Myer plows and Stihl blowers among other products. I ask another person I know that buys equipment there and he said the same thing. The older guys that used to be in there a lot were both very friendly and helpful. I have had very good experiences here and very bad. Just avoid the one guy I guess.
