I live near this location so naturally I have made my way in there a handful of times. Unfortunately none of my experiences have been the best. I think the staff is rude. Recently I wanted to cut some spare keys. They were not willing to cut the color-themed keys I had brought in. The lady said they would only cut keys purchased from them and cutting the ones I brought are too much of a liability. I was more than willing to pay a fee to cut the keys but they would would not help me. I ended up at A-1 Key five minutes before they closed. They guy cut my keys, sold me two more keys, and I was out of there five minutes later. I'm glad I was able to take my business from one local business and still be able to find another local business that was much better to work with.

Rude, felt like I was disrupting them from whatever they do. I've had great experiences with other locations but something needs to change here.

This hardware store is incredible. They have virtually anything you could possible need or want. The store is laid out in such a way that you can find what you need easily and quickly. And if you're in need of a specialty part; i.e.: Machine screws; spherical bearings; slider and screen door hardware; casters; diamond plate material. You name it; they've got it!!! The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I love this store!!!!
