I LOVED this store up until a visit in January. We went in for some salt pellets. I asked where a certain was, and of course it was right in front of me. The clerk was a young man I have not seen before. He coped attitude with me that frankly pissed me off. Smart ass, stood there behind the counter while I found a way to haul it, loaded it myself and took it out to my car MYSELF. Not that I can't handle that, but what a departure from the guys who worked there originally. This punk didn't even say thanks at the end of the transaction. Even though I have avoided this store since then, I decided to go there for some curtain hooks today. There was a younger girl there whom I asked for the curtain stuff section. She said that she didn't remember seeing any curtain stuff in the store. Se sent me off the the fastener section and said I might see something there (LAME). When I left, there she was behind the counter, back to the store talking on her phone. No acknowledgement or concern if the customer found what they needed. She didn't look at me on the way out. Her conversation was obviously way too important to be worried about the store or the customers.

Great staff, very helpful and always greet me when I come in the store. I had to exchange something, but I got there right as the store was closing. The staff allowed me to come in and switch stuff anyway, even though it meant they had to stay a little later. The only reason I don't shop here more is because of their hours, they close pretty early most days. And the prices are a little steep, but I don't mind because of how close they are to my house.

Called to inquire on propane and the guys was a complete jerk. Rather than answer the question he said we duh sell it but we closer in twenty minutes! Basically I don't Care to help you!
