DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH WINDER FARMS!!!!!! I had a sales rep come to my house and he said it was COMPLETELY free to sign up and that I got a free lunch bundle just to sign up. I thought okay sounds good. Apparently there's a $16 card activation fee that I was never told about. Had another charge of $30 go through and they said it's for the food delivery I ordered? I never ordered any food, the food I got was FREE for the FREE bundle. Turns out the rep went in and added a bunch of food with the free bundle, and didn't tell me about it. The sales rep also told me it was free to cancel and when I call to cancel they said there's a $19 cancellation fee. Should have looked at their reviews before signing up!

This is by far the MOST deceptive company I have dealt with in years. Aside from their food being frankly BAD they have you sign up so you can "try them out". Once you sign their BLANK iPad (NO TERMS) for the first charge, they later will say you were agreeing to terms that they didn't't give you. (Except for claiming later they sent an email with the terms which of course we never received and NEVER would have agreed to). Here are "their" TERMS, which by the way I never received but pulled from their website only after proceeding to a check out to even see them. And YES, THEY CONFIRMED IT: 1) You are agreeing to a minimum of 40 deliveries, with a minimum of $10 per delivery NOT including delivery charge and tax. 2) They charge $5 for every delivery on TOP of your order (and of course don't tell you that until you log into your account and discover it). 3) If you cancel before a minimum of 40 deliveries order they will charge you $50 4) Better quality food? That's what I expected based on what they told me, but that definitely was not the case. 5) Most of the food we got went bad really fast so we couldn't even use it. They say they'd replace it but NEVER refund. Why would you want to replace bad food with more bad food you don't want?? Essentially what they're doing is tricking you to "try them out" with a minimum of a $600 commitment: 40 deliveries x $15 ($10 minimum order +$5 delivery charge). ($600 + tax) Let's face it, they know as well as we do that no one in their right mind would sign up for something so ludicrous, expensive, and dishonest! They need to have a class action lawsuit against them from the way they are taking advantage of customers. It's sad and despicable! RUN!!

I would not recommend using winder farms! 1. When I signed up, I was told of these amazing coupon deals when you start, and you get weekly deals in your email too. Big fat LIE! The deals when you sign up are great, but they only last for one order. The emailed deals are 50 cents to a dollar off already overpriced items. NOT what I signed up for! 2. They tell you that you can skip deliveries anytime you want. After seeing that Winder is not as affordable as I was led to believe, I had to skip deliveries for a few months. I received a letter in the mail saying my account would be closed if I didn't order anything, so I logged in and placed an order and even called to request my account stay open. Well the order never came and my account was closed anyway, with a $50 cancellation fee. 3. They train their employees to bait you at carnivals and big events, but fail to leave out important details of your contract, like the big kicker - if you don't order 40 deliveries your account will be shut down and you will be charged $50. I would not recommend supporting a company that relies on tricking their clients and charging hidden fees, no matter how delicious their milk and lemonade are. As much as they tell you the fees are disclosed at signup, they are fully aware of their tactic to utilize the hustle and bustle of big events to help you miss that fact. I love supporting local businesses, but this is one local business I cannot recommend!

Horrible serivice. Horrible produce. Their system is the biggest pain. They switch delivery days so its hard to keep track of and their system often says the server is down so you can do anything in the app. And they charge you $50 to get out of it!

Not too happy. The products are average at best- except the chocolate milk. Ended up costing way too much. I got charged for two orders that I didn't order (and they were not delivered). They put a deposit hold on my checking account and then charged me a $50 cancellation fee on top. They also had no interest in trying to resolve the problem. Waste of time and money.
