The staff is pretty nice, with some attitude from front desk. I had my cervical MRI completed here and it was a great experience on September 5th, 2017. They provided music during the screening with a good selection. The MRI tech was extremely friendly. My biggest complaint is that right after my MRI around 12:45, the place was empty. Not a nurse or doctor in sight. Someone came back from lunch and I requested a copy of my insurance which is required to be given same day. They made me fill out an information release form on myself and told me they would call me when the CD was ready. It's now day 9 (business days) and I'm in the waiting room still waiting for a copy.

It was easy enough to make an appointment but overall the staff seemed super busy and not interested in being friendly. Dont expect a "Hi, how can we help you?" Or "Welcome." when you arrive . The visit was rushed and the doctor didn't even introduce himself when he walked in so I had no clue who he was. It literally took him 3 minutes to tell me what I already knew and charge me $50. My limping, reduced range of motion, swelling, and pain didn't seem to bother him. I wasn't given any suggestions on what I can do at home to help my injury. I was prescribed PT but the next available appointment isn't for 2 weeks so it would have been nice to have some suggestions for home. Just not a very satisfying visit and I left feeling like I was just another number there to fork over the money. If you want your concerns to be heard, suggestions to remedy the situation, and quality time - don't come here.
