Not a very pleasant experience at Windsor, today.  Scenario, I was waiting in line behind another customer, and when it was my turn to be served, a separate customer, who was looking through some clothing racks behind me, dashed in front of me and put her clothing items down on the counter, once the register was open.  The employee behind the counter just looked dumbfounded, never told the woman that I was next in line to be served, and started ringing the customers' items up.  Of course, I gave back the "one" item that I was going to buy and left the store.  In my opinion, not a very good "customer service experience,"  and a quite demeaning experience, altogether, to say the least.

So i was going to return an item that didnt fit for store credit and they wouldnt let me in 35 minutes before closing. But every other store was open until 6.

I love this store so much. I went in there thinking I was going to buy a lot of cute outfits for an event I would be attending shortly. I was super upset, I went to the dressing room to try on clothes and the staff just ignored me. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me or help me with a dressing room. After the 10 minutes went by one girl came up to me and asked if I was waiting. I said yes, and she responded oh well the line starts over there, and pointed to the hidden line behind the prom dress racks, which I had not seen. It would have been nice if she had said something when I walked up with all the dresses I had. Two girls just kept walking past me not saying anything. If they had greeted me when I came up and let me know where the line is I would not have been as upset, but I already wasted so much time thinking I was waiting, for her to tell me I wasn't, I was extremely disappointed and just left at that point without buying anything. It was such a shame because I really loved this store. I gave it a second chance after the first bad encounter I had when one of the staff members didn't ask me what size I was when helping me find outfits, instead she just handed me all large sizes. I found this really offensive considering I have never worn a large, I always wear small. I appreciated her trying to help me find the right look, but the size mattered too.... Unfortunately I don't think I will continue shopping here, it used to be one of my favorite places, but after both of those experiences the staff just doesn't make it a place I want to shop. :(
