Shopped here two weeks ago and I had an overall good experience. I was greeted as I walked in the door and was told about the sale for the day. One of the staff saw that I was carrying around a few items and asked if he could start me a dressing room. Prices are not bad but some of the clothing is not in the best of shape and even had rips/holes. I was able to find a brand new dress with tags still attached for $6 so that was a score. The gals who cashed me out were nice. I'm kind of bummed about reading reviews on bringing items into sell though. I wanted to bring some of my name brand cloths in but after reading all the terrible reviews I'm not sure I will:/

Don't waste your time. The workers here are unprofessional. I was told that the appriasal for my clothes would be ready in an hour. I came back an hour and fifteen minutes later and they told me it would be another 30 mins. I told the worker that I was told it would only take an hour and it had been an hour and fifteen minutes. Her response was simply "okay." She also had an attitude. Stay away.

Don't waste your time bringing your clothes here. They take forever to sort through a pile of great, gently used, trendy enough items that are ten times better than 90% of the junk that they sell in the in the store; then they might buy 3-5 pieces of the lousiest articles of clothing that you brought in and pay you pennies. on the dollar. Their princes are decent but the quality of what they sell isn't worth a shopping trip. I will never be here again. Thanks for the $9.10 for some dinky shirts and $50 for the four pairs of brand new uggs that you graciously paid me for. I appreciate your generosity. Bye.

Worst place ever. I took my husband's clothes and they said that they couldn't accept it because the clothes were too bright. After I left the store I noticed that they never opened the bag. Unbelievable. I only wasted my time there.

They told me that my clothes were "a little too 'old' for their store" like I'm some unstylish old bag... I am a Tattoo artist and have to look my best on a daily basis. A lot of the clothes I had brought in sold online much quicker. They need to educate their staff on what's in style! 

The sales racks were also jam packed and almost impossible to look through.  The suggested outfits on display were terrible and unflattering
