The girls here are so rude. They won't help you out, they literally roll their eyes when you ask for help or size. Every time I have entered this store I am always unhappy with the customer service. They act like you are asking for a kidney when you ask them for help. I had Erica when I checked out and she was probably the worst by far. She really hates her job. I wouldn't hire this girl if she was the last person on earth.

Eileen shouldn't even be allowed to work on customer service, with that bad attitude. She should be stuck in the back room. I would probably be miserable with that face and attitude as well. It doesn't fail every time i walk in this store we get horrible customer service

Horrible experience, I went there  last minute to buy a dress for a party and first one of the employees gave me a dirty look when looking for someone to open a fitting room so I could try on a dress. once I was trying on dresses I came out of the fitting room to get some assistance and there was three of the employees trying on dresses. I  was  standing there for a good amount of time but, not a single one even acknowledge the fact that I needed help. I was shocked by the fact that they were more busy trying dresses than helping customers. I can not believe this stores customer service. I  did purchased a dress there full priced and everything and only to find out that it had a huge run on one of the sides and it was dirty. overall very poor service and low quality dresses for the amount paid, I definitely do not recommend purchasing any dresses here.

The staff makes this store amazing. We had a great time shopping. The store manager works just as hard as her associates do on the floor with customers.  She is absolutly wonderful. We will go back again and again.
