Store is great aleays love the clothes. But the manager who works at this store,blonde lady is VERY RUDE! I have spent a pretty penny in this store always my go to she had the nerve to have the staff watch me!? Girl I do not need to steal never have I. I have plenty of money sweet heart i wish i knew the owner or could speak to them she brings their store down.

We were earlier to the store and I understand that but the employees did not even care that we were waiting so long and they were really rude. They didn’t even open the doors two minutes earlier and now it is opening time and they still aren’t opening. When we entered the store the employees were so rude and we told them to be nice and she told me to get out of her store. Very very rude customer service. The dresses are amazing but the customer service there is very terrible.

All the girls who work there are rude. The costumer service was horrible. Specially the girl who was in the dressing rooms at 8:30 on april 4th. Thats how bad it was that i needed to give the details 😂

I went in looking for a couple of specific items that I had seen on their website. Taylor, one of the managers there, was very knowledgeable about what they had there and took the time to look items up if she wasn't sure. When it turned out that the Arrowhead Windsor didn't have the dress I most wanted, she found out which other store had it and called them to have them hold it for me. I was very happy with the excellent customer service Taylor provided me and would gladly shop at Arrowhead Windsor again!
