Great guys, great service. There a massage chair at the waiting room that runs on dollars for 3 minutes. Was amazing. Took me only 45 minutes for a exterior wash and interior vacuum. Cost me $45. Even though my car was a compact, they charged me for a mid size sedan, when asked, they said that's how the owner liked it. Guess it was ok because they were good at their job.

Quality of work is good, but charged full sized SUV rate for a small 2 door compact. Won't be going back if that's how they want to treat new customers.

I just got back from utah and my car was covered in road salt. They take great care in cleaning every spot off my car and for 40$ it's amazing will def be back and get my car cut and buffed by them.

***Owner did respond via text, and it is appreciated, but my phone number is not for public use. I had to add to spam numbers to stop my phone going off. However, reading through the excuses, I am wholeheartedly unimpressed with the lack of customer service. They simply pointed out my complaints (overlooking the compliments) and simply spun a tale about how that was no way their fault in any capacity, and they're the best in Vegas cause they heat the water to 98 degrees and blah blah. It went on forever.

As seen in the screenshots, they say they do "15 to 30 Teslas a week." They are highly familiar with them, yet say they don't clean any "navigation systems" because they require a "specialty cleaning cloth," that they "don't have." Oh really? I just got off the phone with the Manufacturer of the vehicle, and Tesla says it is safe to clean with a light microfiber cloth similar to what you clean glasses with. Hmmm...

Honestly, this place seems like it is more interested in making excuses instead of finding solutions. I've adjusted my review according to the service I received.***

TLDR: This is not a place I would bring back my Lamborghini or a Ferrari/Maserati/exotic car etc. Was charged $450 for an inside and out detail on my Tesla Model S (which is albeit my work car), and many details were overlooked. Quality for the price was lacking, and it appeared they weren't familiar with this caliber of car. 

Extended:
I want to start with the good, because I know that TLDR is a bit harsh. The clay job on the outside was splendid, and she shined like a diamond under the sun. I brought my car in around 7am, and was told it would be an all day job (absolutely expected for such an amount of work). They called me back at 3pm, and were already done! I picked the car up as the sun was going down, and as they drove it into the sunlight, it looked gorgeous. The inside was shampoo'd, it smelled great, and looked fabulous.

As I began driving home, however, thats when the faults started to show. The windshield had smears and dirt around the edges when the sun would hit at a certain angle, the windows (when rolled down) had the telltale signs of hard water around the edges, and the door sills looked like it had water sitting in them after it was washed, so it wasn't fully cleaned. The rear trunk (when opened) had some water collection, and dirt under where it closes, and the gigantic screen (the control system of the car) was not cleaned at all. I can't speculate, but maybe they werent familiar with the "Clean Mode" you can put the screen in to allow cleaning on the screen. Vents were not cleaned either, so I did it myself with a toothbrush and cue-tips.

Overall, not a bad job, but for the price I paid, absolutely not worth it. Unfortunately, I will not be able to bring my vehicles back, as this is just not worth it, given the lack of attention to details.

This is the essence of what I've been looking for in LA, a proper car wash that pays attention to the details. Nick runs a great establishment that's welcoming and very suitable. You walk into a peaceful waiting room with comfy couches that also has huge glass pane so you can keep an eye on your baby. Wish this was in LA but I'll be bringing my car here when I visit the home away from home.
