Reviews

This is a very quick and nice car wash.  It is still fairly new so you still get a good wash.  Unless you want to vacuum the inside of your car you don't even have to get out of your vehicle.  The attendant helps you with everything.  The $7 wash is a good price for a base wash.

Pros: 
-Staff is polite.
-Nice amenities like vacuum and high pressure air.
-Car wash does ok job.
Cons:
-When you first enter wash there are some hanging brushes that slam hard into your windshield. So hard I was concerned it may break.
- Don’t waste your money on the expensive “Lava” wash.  The tire shine does not work on my truck with factory size tires.  This was brought to the attention of the kids working there on 4 separate occasions over a period of approximately 5 months.  Each time I gave them my number and asked to have a manager or owner call me back.  I never received a call back.  Not sure if the owner just doesn’t care or the kids don’t pass along the message. 
Apparently customer retention is not a priority.  I went in today and cancelled my $35/month membership.  Why am I paying for the top of the line wash when I’m receiving the cheaper one?
Also, the fact that nobody calls back after leaving my number 4 times.. unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I would be furious if my staff didn’t pass along this information. Not happy, and will pass along my concerns to others.

Great car wash system with lots of air drying nozzles but car still came out wetter than expected. Vacuums worked better than all other places I've been.

I have purchased a monthly pass we like this place so much! The staff is nice and the self service area is nice. I wish the hours went a little later, but not a big deal.

Love the idea of self-service when there is efficiency and quality, little wait time, and maintained facility! Reasonably priced. wish they were 24 hours or open later.
