Terrible. I started the online process to set up a new account with them. Get a message I ned to confirm my address, says they had another on file? (Never tried to sign up with these people before...ever). Anyway, I go in there over the weekend and sit down with some lady whom seemed more interested in getting the hell outta there while the sun was still out. I bring my ID and a bank statement. She pulls up the info on her computer, only to find out...NO ONE has even looked at my request at opening an account...that I started the process on...a week earlier. 

The lady shuffles me out after getting a copy of my license, says someone will call me, they never do...

I plan on just deleting whatever profile I have with these folks online. After I was told by trusted individuals this wold be a pretty simple process, I'm already regretting it.

Not gonna say these people are garbage as apparently they didn't want my business for whatever reason (Got some very dismissive vibes). Guess I'll just have to look elsewhere.

I am new to Wings and did not have checks yet. I went to the Chicago Ave location for help. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Got everything done in one stop in less than 10 minutes! I am so glad I switched to wings financial.

Great experience becoming a member with Ryan. He was super flexible when I needed to show an emailed bill instead of a hard copy. Looking forward to working with them.

Coming from Wells Fargo, wings offered a definite upgrade. However, a few things left me unsatisfied. They don't have a drive through teller window or ATM at this branch, and while they their hours may be typical for a bank, 4 hours on Saturday is the only time a normal working person could make it here. On Saturdays I've often waited 15 min to see a teller. 

I've had a number of very nice interactions with staff, and a number of interactions that left me unsatisfied. Tried to get a mortgage through wings, and gave up when their loan agent took 2 days to respond to every request. 

Overall I think wings is a good credit Union, and offer fair services and better prices than Banks. The location, hours, lack of good mobile deposit, and some dissatisfaction with customer service was enough that we moved on.

Wings is an excellent financial institution. I've been a member since the savasaurus club at CCFCU, and have since used wings for checking, credit cards, auto loans and more. The Chicago location has excellent staff and convenient hours.
