Absolutely the best wings in the area. Both Wings franchises including Wings over Springfield. Wings are always hot with enough sauce,although you can buy more. Wings are so much bigger than other places. Moist and tender, fall off the bone so easy. Price is also very reasonable for what you get. If you haven't done so already, give this place a sniff. Ill bet you'll be back again the next time you want wings. Cheers!

Very disappointed with this location.  Springfield "Wings" is much better ... portion size, food quality, cleanliness and staff.  This is sub-par at best.  When in Chicopee stick with Buffalo Wild Wings ... or even DQ for better quality and value!

This is by far the worse Wings location I have ever ordered from... I order from Westfield and Springfield and have never had any issues. Since I work near this location and this is the only wing spot that delivers that reputably I love, I ordered food and had it delivered and it was trash! Thrown around in the box and cold with no sauce and black stuff all over it. Then they tell me to come back and pick up a replacement meal which I cant do. Then to top it off, I tipped the driver!! Do not order from here! Its horrible. Complete waste of money!

Does not stack up to the other wings locations I've visited. Staff was more interested in their phones and friends dropping by than the customers in front of them. Best part is they gave my order to someone else after i had waited for over an hour in their disgusting lobby. No refund was offered. Do yourself a favor and go to the Amherst or Springfield locations instead. I hope the manager of this place can get it together as they are ruining an otherwise good reputation in the region.
