Employees need more training and bad customer service. I constantly repeat my order  and they still get it wrong!!!! Please pay attention with orders! I understand that maybe you don't belong there !  But you  do have a choice ! Change Jobs.

Most horrible experience ive ever had. The host was extremely rude. I waited am hour for my order and she three the plates on top of my order with such an attitude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS WINGSTOP.

This place is horrible do NOT I mean do NOT spend your money or time here ! The cashier was rude and Didnt even bother saying  “Thank you” and once I saw inside my bag was disappointing they literally just threw bbq sauce on some burnt wings and the “season fries” had nooo seasoning at all ! I love wingstop I use to love going there but lately its not even worth it , its expensive they charge you for everything and the customer service and the quality of the food is honestly not worth it . I went back to tell her about the fries and she continued mopping the floor as if I was not there once they finally attended me they did it with attitude. I will no longer be going to wingstop and will be glad to pass this message on Facebook along with a picture of the wings.

Horrible service. When ordering, either through phone or in person, you can barely understand what the employees are saying because they don't know how to speak proper English. Asked for FRY SEASONING and they gave me a little cup full of pepper. Don't waste your money here, until they properly train their employees. The one in McAllen is way better....
