2nd visit. And the 2nd time my order has been wrong.  I just made the mistake of showing up at 10:52 on a Saturday night. Everything states the establishment stays open till midnight but it clearly DOES NOT.  When I walked in the door I noticed one employee turn off all the lit signage in the front window. Then when the customers who ordered before me attempted to eat their food inside the store. THEY WERE ASKED TO LEAVE!!! They were told the store was closing.  I received my food 4 minutes later and as I left at 11:11 the employees INSTANTLY killed all the lights and I assume quickly closed and left.  Unsat for a establishment claiming to be open till midnight.  I am guessing my order was wrong because they had mentally clocked out as well.

I've had a good experience ordering from this location before, therefore, I decided to go ahead and use Wingstop's free delivery instead of DoorDash. I ordered the 15 count meal, which included fries and two soft drinks a sprite and an unsweet tea for $28.88 including a 15% tip.  By the time we received our food the driver had left and there was only ONE soft drink, but not either the drinks I requested. For some reason it was a Dr. Pepper. The fries were mushy and lukewarm, the same going for our wings which were rubbery and not very hot at all. Very disappointed in the quality of this delivery and the missing items.  Food: 1.5/5 Service: 2/5 Price: 1/5 Overall: 1.5/5

I’m disappointed to have a similar experience as other reviewers. Missing part of my order. Fries say overcooked.  Called to let them know, they will “fix it” and haven’t seen any change on my credit card statement so far.  I tipped the driver well to still get it wrong

I'd honestly avoid this place. They forgot part of my order refused a refund for the forgotten iteam and the best they offered a to write my name on a paper with no insurance that it won't get lost I won't be using this wing stop ever again just go to a different one and save the wasted time

neat clean bathrooms, lots of seating, food comes out fast, food is hot and tastes amazing! The fries are so good especially the fried corn!!!!

It was 10:00 pm when I called and 10:20 when I showed up, doors were already locked and place was already cleaned and mopped. Says open til 11 but they clearly closed an hour early if not earlier. Not to mention one kid flipping me off. Whoever owns this wingstop get a handle on it. Bunch of unethical little high schoolers working I guess. Do not advertise “open late” if you lock the doors at 10 pm. Place is a joke.

Food taste pretty consistent for a WingStop, but they forgot a 10 piece order with our to go order on a Sunday during the football game. That hurts!

After driving  15 min both ways to pick up order, found out that was missing fries.   Tried to call to let them know but no pickup from the phone, so decided to drive back while on hold and drive actually took 17 min /35 seconds.  Person working there offered an  extra order of fries for their mistake.  After waiting another 5 min for the fries and driving back home another 17 min / 25 seconds, I opened up the sealed bag with green tape to find 1 order of fries!  So I guess I drove over 35 min round trip for their mistake just to correct my own order.  AND THE FRIES SOGGY!!!  NEVER AGAIN!  ILL DRIVE EXTRA MILES TO TOMBALL NEXT TIME!!!!

The wings are great. Please serve crispy Fries. My fries where saugy an disgusting...

They still do not allow service to be able to eat the tables that are bad
