Very disappointed with this location. Pumpkin pizza came messed up. Had to make it a face as best as I could before the grands saw it. Philly Cheese Papadias tasted SOUR , with hardly any filling. For paying $38 for delivery. Definitely will not be ordering from this location again .

Started out as Delivery order ended with having to pick it up over hour later. Lots of staff and no one wearing gloves. Yes that includes the people touching all the food and making the pizzas. Also did not get refunded for delivery fee. Will not be ordering pizza here ever again.

Driver in old red truck tailgated me through neighborhood while I was already going 5 over.  Not ordering from somewhere that puts safety at risk

We use the app to order from 1488 location all the time.  Karly - the night manager is extremely personable and her crew is very efficient.  Overall a friendly group of people - I highly recommend ordering from here!  If I ever have questions - they are so nice in helping assist.  Curbside is super easy when we've used it but lately it has been no contact delivery.  The wait is always minimal and the food is always fresh, hot & delicious!  We prefer them to the other local pizza places - hands down.  Bonus is earning Papa Dough and how easy it is to redeem it.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery in the app and normally get decent pizza. Last night was not the case. One of the pizzas was so undercooked no one wanted to eat it. The dough was raw! I will be putting it in the oven to try and salvage it but will definitely think twice about using this location again.

Tried to order online but the website was not working for me. Tried calling and could not get a live person to answer just a recording to hold. Was on hold over 10 minutes before I hung up. Decided to drive to this pizza location and while driving my daughter tried to order online from her house but when she placed the order the website would not take her credit card. There was nothing wrong with her credit card. When I got to this pizza location they said the website was not working.  When I placed my order it was going to cost me three dollars for the exact same pizza I tried to order online. When I spoke to the manager she would not agree to their website price because I was ordering in the pizza location not online. I said forget it and walked out. It was not my fault that Papa John’s hired phone service and their website were not working and I am certainly not paying three dollars more for poor service.

Love this place! We order from here at least 3 times a month. Pizza is always awesome! Delivery time is always shorter than quoted! And they have awesome delivery drivers!Delivery: Yes

This location constantly forgets things. Out of the 4 times I have ordered pizza from here it has been correct a total of 0.  Also, when I call to let them know, I am treated to rudeness and neglect. I would go to dominos or even pizza hut to be completely honest.  Don't waste your time and money with this location.
